Garth is a kitten from a colony that underwent trap/neuter/return. He was friendly, so was brought into PFM as a foster kitten. Since here, he has learned to play and is the quintessential laid back orange tabby guy!
Garth is bonded to "sister" Blondie, and we would like the two to go to their forever homes together.
