Palmer and sister Parker (also known as "The Bitties") are siblings and foster siblings of Porter, Parsons, and Vincent.  Palmer is starting to come out of his shell, and definitely can hold his own with the bigger boys.  He has also discovered the joys of chasing the feather wand, and glitter balls round out his list of fun things to chase.  Actually, anything that rolls is fun, just ask him!

We prefer that at this young age, Palmer be adopted with a sibling. Preferably, with sister, Parker.
