Phoebe, along with sisters Prue and Piper and brother Julian, were born just three days before their mom was due to be spayed! Their mom was sick and another sister didn't make it, but they got into foster care and were able to do really well.

Phoebe used to be the biggest of the four. Now, Julian is a bit bigger. She and Julian play really well together, and are matched more in their size and temperaments. Phoebe wants to leap down and play and play and play. She finds new uses for toys you never knew they had before! Sometimes she will also give them a bath (whether you want her to or not). If it rolls, look out! She is on top of it and moving it as fast as she can. Then Julian sees her and thinks he needs to take it from. They are so funny together!

Julian and Phoebe are bonded and do well together. We want for them to go to their forever home together. If you can handle that much love, you will want to consider these two.
