Hi! I am Blacktop - I was given this name because my head and neck are black!  I was born in a barn and taken into a home as a kitten.  It was great!  However, something changed, not sure what, but I was put outside last summer 2017.  My family wouldn't let me back in and moved away.  How could they leave someone as beautiful as me!  So, I hung around the area and ate food left out by neighbors.  When it got colder, one of those nice neighbors brought me inside.  I liked it inside but I am a cat with a strong personality so I like to be top cat! I made sure of that with the other cats and dogs in the household!  So, this family couldn't keep me and called Purr-fect Match!  I needed to be neutered -which may help my strong personality to relax.  I am now in a foster home so I can have vetting done, including a neuter.  I will be available for adoption mid- March - once my vetting is done.  I do like other cats, but would love a home where I can be the King.  If you can give me a forever home, please fill out a non-binding application at our website:
