Smokey lived his whole life with his elderly mom and dad. In June 2020, he lost his dad. Then he lost his mom in March 2021. At 11-years old, he entered our foster-care. He is the MOST LOVING cat we have ever seen. He is mellow and talks to his toys. We leave a bird/squirrel video playing for him during the day, and he will lay by it...talking to the animals on the screen. 

This is a cat who would love to have attention, and he gives as good as he gets. If you have really sensitive skin, he is probably not a good choice, as he gets very amorous and provides small love bites. The "special needs" designation for Smokey is because he is on a sensitive stomach diet. He is doing well on a non-prescription brand (Blue Buffalo). With his short legs, he looks a little poofy and should probably lose some weight. But what a guy!!
