Dusty was found running cold and scared up the driveway of his current foster home.  After several attempts to bring him in, he was caught in a live trap using canned food.  That was the end of his bad times.

Now he is warm and happy, has gained weight and loves people.  He will cuddle and play with humans as well as other cats.  Dusty is good natured, although he may be a bit shy at first.
