I am Dean and my foster mom calls me Deano.  I am a very happy 10-month old yellow lab mix.  I was found as a stray in South Carolina.  This nice group took me in and told me that I was going to Wisconsin!  I didn't know what Wisconsin was, but it sure sounded like fun!  I drove in a big van to Ohio, and then I got to ride with five different folks from Ohio to Indiana. Boy, was that a long day!   Then I got to ride from Indiana to Wisconsin ON A PLANE!  Yep, I am the happiest dog ever!  I knew I would make a big entrance one day! 

I am now ready to find a place to call home!  I am a happy dog. Yep—really happy!  I love to play and give kisses and hugs. I will fetch and play ball with you.  I walk pretty well on a leash.  I love to be near you so you can pet me as much as you want!  Really, I don't mind being petted!  My foster mom says I need to go to school - that sounds like fun!  I do jump up but it is only because I want your attention.  I don't mean to hurt anyone.  I am a submissive dog so if you have a resident dog and want another, I am a great companion!  I don't mind cats and am fine with older kids—older kids because I do jump when I get excited. My foster mom says that school will teach me not to jump and I don't want to knock anyone over.  I will need a home that can work with me as I am not quite housetrained.  I do like to chew, but gosh, I am a young, happy dog!  I am neutered and up to date on all my shots.  If you are interested in meeting me, you have to click and fill out a form.  Then you can pet me and pet me!  Really, I don't mind!  Hope to see you soon - Deano.
