Hi, my name is Bradley,  I am about 3-years old and a lab mix. My foster mom says I look like Scrappy Doo because I have the cutest ears!   I am a very sweet boy that is good with other dogs. I have been around cats and don't mind them, but will chase them, because they run!  I am a strong dog and my foster mom says that I tend to play rough. I don't mean to, it is just how I play.  See, I never got to play much. I was tied up outside and wasn't able to run around or play, so I never learned.  It would be best for me to have a fenced yard. Although I am good with other dogs, I am a dominant dog.  I am not aggressive, but become dominant because I play rough. 

My foster mom says that I should go to school - that sounds like fun !  I hope I can run around there!  I do jump up, so I need training and I would be best with older kids because I am a solid, 50 pound dog. I love the grass! When I arrived, my foster mom watched as I trotted and danced on the grass... I didn't have grass growing up, so it feels really soft! I also am a heartworm survivor, which means that I was treated for heartworm. So for a month, I wasn't able to run or play much.  Now that I am cured, I will be a normal dog, but I have to have heartworm preventative tablets monthly, like Heartgard. It’s really easy because they taste like treats!

I listen very well and know how to sit, stay and lay down.  I am housebroken if left alone for 4 hours, and am working on longer.  I love attention.  My foster mom says that I am the perfect dog, except that I play a little rough.  I am searching for my forever home that will let me lay on the couch and have a big bone—I love bones, especially those hard rawhide things.
