Miss Glinda was found at a golf course after being attacked by a large cat and falling down a drainpipe. She could not walk on her front leg, which was swollen. It was so bad, she had a fever of 105 degrees and was very sick. Rescued from that environment and rushed to the vet, she was started on a pain killer and swelling reducer as well as antibiotics. She responded quickly and her fever came down. It took physical therapy and time before she would use her leg again. But NOW she is running all over the place, jumping and playing just like a kitten should!

When reaching toward Glinda, she will duck her head or try to get away--with what she has experienced, it is no great surprise! However, once you touch her and she knows you only want to love her, she rolls over onto her back and begs for you to rub her tummy. She luxuriates in this for as long as you will pet her! What a sweet, sweet girl. Oh, she also likes to talk when she has something to say or you ask her a question! Right now, her voice is just a small squeak!
