Hello!  I am Ruby, a happy go lucky gal that just wants a family to love.  I am an easy going gal that gets along with everyone - dogs, kids.  I haven't been around cats much, but I am sure I will like them too !  I was found as a stray with another dog, named Chloe.  We have been living at a shelter since July 2014.  The volunteers at this shelter were sad that we kept getting over looked so they posted us on Facebook.  A nice group found us and said they would bring us to Wisconsin!  My friend Chloe was diagnosed with heartworm, so she will be coming, but just not with me.  I am a bit shy at first as I am uncertain about new things, but give me some time and I warm up.  I would like a home with another dog so I can follow their lead and learn to be the best dog I can be from him or her.  I am still afraid of loud noises, so I need a home that will be patient with me and help me build confidence.  If you are the right home for me, please don't wait - I would love to meet you !
