I am Miss Missy, one of the rare ones.  Since more red tabby cats are males, being a darker color red tabby female cat with a marvel pattern and only a little white under my chin, makes me special. My pretty pink toes go with the pretty pink nose to match my thick, soft short fur look.  I won a prize and two ribbons in a cat show for my good looks too.

I have always lived with many cats around me if outside or inside but was close to one old, male red tabby, my best friend, Mr. Red, who protected me when I was little. He left over the rainbow bridge a few months ago. Now I hang out with an old female long-haired Norwegian Forest Cat, who looks similar to my mother.

I will be no big bother to you for I am a watcher and enjoy hanging out in the office to see what is going on or in the kitchen to watch for how I can help out, as I like licking things like empty cans when it is feeding time.   

I will remind you what time it is, as I am good at telling time!  You may feel a soft feeling around your leg if you are not giving attention to the clock. That will be me reminding you! When you awake in the morning I will be there between your legs or staring at you.  If I want quiet time alone, I lay under a mini trampoline at my foster home.

I love to play with strings and balls.  Watch out for any loose strings hanging out from a curtain, for I will find it for you or take apart the threading on a sewing machine.  I am a good helper.
